Oak Creek Community,
As this crisis continues, we want to encourage everyone to stay healthy and follow the guidelines published by the CDC and other health organizations.
In an abundance of caution, we have closed the office to outside visitors. We are still answering phones and taking work orders both online and via the phone. We will no longer be staffed on the weekends.
To reduce any risk to our residents and staff, we are only working emergency work orders. This means minor issues might have to wait longer than usual for attention. Also, with many of us staying home, there are greater demands on the water systems, please be respectful and use responsibly. Do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or diapers down the toilets! Also, if you sense there might be a leak, do not hesitate to let us know.
All of us will be financially impacted by this crisis. Indications are it will be measured in months, not weeks. If you need to move or change your situation, we are waving any early termination fees on leases. Try and plan in advance.
Finally, we want to thank all those helping your neighbors in need – it is great to see the community pull together. If you have a neighbor who cannot make it to the store or is in a high risk age group, do not hesitate to reach out and help.
